Physio In Motion attended our third of five wellness week events for the City of Hamilton and today’s location was the City of Hamilton Resource Recovery Centre off Burlington Street. We were there for 6:00am when the sanitation workers began their day! The picture below is the sun rising over the yard entrance off Burlington Street. We didn’t meet anyone who wasn’t sore from the physically demanding and repetitive nature of the job. A few employees started their day with a free massage from Physio In Motion and another massage was given away in our daily draw. Another big thank you to these hard working city employees for the work they do and for inviting Physio In Motion to spend the morning with them.
